1st option is a $40 Pre-registration reservation fee,
this is a non-refundable deposit that will hold your spot
for the outing.

2nd is a $40 Pro-Am prior to 7/31/11 registration fee, this
is in addition to the $40 Pre-Registration fee, and can only
be used prior to and on 7/31/11, for a total of $80.

3rd is a $60 Pro-Am 8/1/11 and after registration fee, this
is in addition to the $40 Pre-Registration fee, and must be
used on 8/1/11 and after for a total of $100.

4th is a $60.00 Championship prior to 7/31/11, this is in
addition to the $40 Pre-Registration fee, and can only be
used prior to and on 7/31/11, for a total of $100.

5th is a $80.00 Championship 8/1/11 and after registration
fee, this is in addition to the $40 Pre-Registration fee,
and must be used 8/1/11 and after, for a total of $120.

| To register for the Golf Outing, please click on the above link and supply the requested information. Upon completion of the form, the info you supplied will be automatically sent to the Golf Outing Director at First Baptist Church of Dwight via email. The Golf Outing is always scheduled for the Saturday just before the first day of Football Camp. Registration begins at 10 AM. TEE-OFF is at 12 noon. Awards banquet begins after all golfers are in and the Million Dollar hole-in-one shot is taken. |
